Konig's journey in crafting laminate flooring starts with a thorough selection of materials. We meticulously assess top-notch wood-based elements like HDF (High-Density Fiberboard) to ensure they meet our high standards for durability, sustainability, and performance.

Design & Layering

Layering is at the core of laminate flooring's construction. Multiple layers, including the decorative layer featuring the desired pattern or texture, are carefully assembled onto the HDF core. This process employs advanced printing technologies to replicate natural materials like wood, stone, or tile, ensuring stunning aesthetics.

Pressing & Lamination

The layers undergo high-pressure lamination, a crucial phase that binds them together. Using specialized presses and adhesives, the layers fuse into a single, robust unit. This process not only ensures structural integrity but also enhances the flooring's resistance to moisture, scratches, and wear.

Precision Cutting

The laminated sheets are precisely cut into individual planks or tiles, each embodying the desired dimensions and design. This precision cutting guarantees consistency and uniformity across all Konig flooring products.

Finishing & Quality Checks

The finished planks or tiles then undergo meticulous finishing processes. These include edge treatments, surface coatings for added protection, and rigorous quality checks to ensure that every piece meets Konig's standards for durability, aesthetics, and performance.
